When we first came to this country my father went from
architecture to slinging pizza in order to put food in our
mouths. He has some dough slinging skills to say the least.
Today, we tag teamed the pizza making duties with me taking
care of the prep/toppings and him taking care of the filling/shaping.

Sauteed chicken breast
Pan fried eggplant
caramelized onion
roasted peppers
garlic confit
Gana cheese
Mozz
Rosemary
Marinara sauce
Boiled Ham

Everything was made the hour before we put the
pizza and Rolls in the oven – well everything except
the boiled ham of course. We mixed and matched
ingredients and threw together everything just
fast enough to catch the first question. Screaming
at the TV just isn’t the same unless your burping
up garlic and wiping your greasy hands on a paper
towel.
